Provider ranking is determined by community signals alone — recommendations, repeat bookings, reviews, experience, availability.

No claims of verification
We deliberately do not use the word 'verified'. Trust is earned, not issued.

No background checks
We do not perform them and we do not imply we do. Parents remain responsible for their own due diligence.

Voluntary support, not a subscription
Families can contribute if they wish. Contributions are never required and never affect visibility.

Private by default
Family profiles, children's information and circles are private. Children's names are never stored.

AI assists, never decides
AI helps with matching, ranking and reputation summaries. It does not make safety or suitability claims.

Discretion
We will not advertise families, sell data, or surface individual children publicly.

Reputation is portable
A provider's record belongs to them — across countries, seasons, yachts and chalets.

Independent of any provider
The platform has no financial incentive to favour one provider over another.
