Our role, in plain terms.

Trusted Family Network is an introduction, communication and reputation platform. We do not employ providers, we do not verify them, we do not conduct background checks, and we do not guarantee suitability. Provider visibility is determined solely by community activity — never by payment. Parents remain solely responsible for identity checks, references, employment compliance and all child safeguarding decisions.

What we are

A technology platform providing introductions, communication tools and a community-generated reputation record between families and childcare providers.

What we never do

  • Employ providers
  • Verify identities or qualifications
  • Conduct background checks
  • Guarantee suitability
  • Endorse individual users
  • Charge providers in any form — listing, membership, visibility, lead or ranking fees
  • Allow paid placement, paid ranking or paid promotion of providers

Parents are responsible for

  • Identity checks
  • Reference checks
  • Background checks where required in their jurisdiction
  • Employment, tax and immigration compliance
  • All child safeguarding decisions

Voluntary contributions

Families may choose to contribute to the platform on a one-off or recurring basis. Contributions are voluntary support for the operation and development of the network. They are not payment for service, not a subscription requirement, and have no effect on provider visibility, ranking or access. Recurring contributions can be cancelled by the contributor at any time.

Acceptance of these terms is recorded before every booking. Documents uploaded by providers are labelled "Uploaded by user. Not verified by platform."
